Option Information
123 -Switchable MW preselector bypass
As with most spectrum analyzers, a microwave preselector is employed above 3 GHz. An RF preselector can adversely affect the frequency response and phase linearity in the preselector pass band. To avoid this
problem, Keysight offers a switched microwave preselector bypass Option 123. For better amplitude and phase measurements above 3 GHz, Option 123 is highly recommended. By avoiding the preselector, measurements can be made with far less amplitude variability, thus greatly
increasing repeatability. Passband ripple in amplitude and phase is reduced when not using the preselector.
124 - Y-Axis Video Output
Log and linear display scales. Output scaling: 0 to 1.0 V open circuit
Gain accuracy: ±1% of output voltage. Operates in spectrum analyzer mode only
215 External Source Control Measurement Personality, Fixed Perpetual License
Supports MXG control. Now you can take advantage of MXG, such as measurement speed and cost, when making your scalar network analysis
A variety of sweep modes including standard sweep, harmonic sweep, offset sweep (normal/reverse), and power sweep offer the optimal tools for characterizing different types of components.
Wide dynamic range (up to 108.9 dB on Option 215’s defaulted setting) allows accurate tests for components with the presence of high and low power levels at the same time. Narrow RBW (up to 1 Hz on manual setting) eliminates the distortions caused by harmonics from swept signal
sources when measuring passive devices. One-button normalization and Open/Short calibration further improve the measurement accuracy by removing frequency response errors of the test system
Capability to control Keysight MXG, ESG, or PSG signal generators allows you to do network analysis while maintaining all the benefits of a stand-alone signal generator
